Hm...I hardly read Girl comics and this is one of the best girl comic i have ever read. D.N.Angel is the work of Yukiru
Sugisaki. It weaves the story of a boy, Daisuke Niwa, who is secretly trained to overcome extraordinary obstacles in
life, like he knows martial arts, he can unlock doors without keys, etc. However, when he discovers that there is an even
darker secret that he doesnt know, he meets face to face with another soul in his body named Dark, who is a well trained professional
thief that steals special objects with magical powers. However, both of them have crushes on a pair of sisters and yet as
time goes by, much to their surprise, their tastes actually switches with each other! Now, Daisuke and Dark must work together
to overcome an enemy who has proven himself a real threat in their lives. His name, is kard...

This is probably my favorite girl type anime and comic amongst all the rest. I love all the songs from the japanese anime
and the story is very well done. Obviously, such work comes from the famous group of writers, Clamp. Cardcaptor Sakura is
about a teenage girl, Kinomoto Sakura who accidentally finds a magical book amongst all the others and opens it. With a gust
of the Wind card, all the rest of the 51(excluding the hope card which is the 53th card appearing in the 2nd movie) cards
are blown away. Kero, the guardian beast of the seal demands that Sakura finds back the missing cards, each with its own unique
power, becoming Cardcaptor. However, it isnt so easy for the cards arent really going to cooperate since it was so hard for
them to regain their freedom. That's when Sakura realise that even her close ones arent actually ordinary people...
Fushigi Yugi
The story begins when a normal teenage girl, Miaka, finds a mysterious magical book called the the four gods of heaven
and earth. When she opens it, the book takes her to another world, the world of the book. Whatever that happens to her in
the world, is written clearly in the book as well. She meets Tamahome, one of Suzaku(phoenix god) knights. She later also
meets the emperor, Hotohori who is another suzaku knight. There he explains to her what is suzaku and asks that she becomes
the Suzaku priestess and save his empire while attaining 3 wishes from the phoenix god. She agrees and immediately sets out
to find the remaining suzaku knights. However, things take a turn when her best friend becomes the seiyu(Green dragon god)priestess,
her enemy through a chain of misunderstandings. I strongly suggest the anime instead of the comic. Written by Yuu Watase.
